KTSS- The Basics Gift Workshop

The holidays will be here before you know it. How better to show the special people in your life how much they mean than to create a stunning hand-crafted gift!

In this 2-day workshop, you’ll learn the basics of fabricating and soldering using micro-torches.  We will cover soldering sterling silver and the skills needed to create a chunky chain bracelet, a small pendant with a gemstone, a pair of earrings, AND a ring! All the skills you will learn translate to a larger torch if you decide to upgrade later. 

You'll learn how to make a bezel for a cabochon, add texture to metal, create a ring shank for an adjustable ring, solder wire to make a chain, make your own earwires, and use premade settings to add calibrated gemstones. 

Everything you need to make all the pieces, including the use of tools, is provided in the class fee. You even get gift boxes so they’re ready to be wrapped! However, if you decide to keep them all for yourself, don’t worry- we’ll never tell!
